Abstract

On ne se forme pas en entreprise de la même manière en zone urbaine et en zonerurale. Ces formations différentes n'ont pas le même impact sur la durée des emplois et la progression des salaires. Tels sont les principaux résultats de l'analyse économétrique de l'impact de la formation continue sur la durée d'emploi de jeunes hommes sortant du système éducatif.
