Le recours à l'intérim en travail social : opportunité ou fatalité pour la gestion des ressources humaines du secteur ?

Abstract

À travers cette communication, nous cherchons à rendre visible un phénomène émergent et sous-étudié dans un secteur spécifique : le recours à l'intérim dans le secteur social et médico-social. Pour ce faire, l'utilisation de la théorie du du job crafting (Wrzesniewski & Dutton, 2001, Berg et al., 2008 ; Okuda, 2018) nous permettra d'analyser ce phénomène complexe, que les managers doivent prendre en compte dans la conception des emplois, et qui est une modalité d'aménagement des postes de travail des professionnel.le.s du secteur. Pour illustrer ce phénomène, nous avons réalisé une étude qualitative en menant 4 entretiens exploratoires et 11 entretiens semi-directifs au sein de deux associations de départements voisins oeuvrant pour l'une dans le champ du handicap, pour l'autre dans la lutte contre les exclusions. Nos résultats viennent confirmer les éléments contextuels présentés dans la littérature de Charles (2019, 2020), mais apportent des éclairages nouveaux et forts différents sur l'usage de l'intérim. En effet, nos résultats mettent en avant les marges de manœuvre des intérimaires, notamment ceux « repérés » qui constituent un statut intermédiaire entre les intérimaires classiques et les permanents (sous CDI par exemple).
