Abstract

Cette étude vise à mettre en lumière le développement de l'usage élargi voire ambigu de la notion de tiers-lieu (TL). À partir d'une revue de littérature, les évolutions des dimensions constitutives du TL sont identifiées, amenant à proposer le terme de Tiers-Lieu territorial d'emploi. Agissant comme un acteur collectif territorialisé, le TL tend à être assimilé à d'autres pratiques de GRH territoriale comme le groupement d'employeurs, sans en offrir les mêmes garanties aux travailleurs. En se référant aux perceptions des différentes parties prenantes agissant au sein d'un groupement d'employeurs (GE, entreprises adhérentes, salariés), nous mettons en perspective les notions de TL et d'action collective territorialisée tout en indiquant le rôle spécifique de ce tiers employeur.
