Réconcilier radicalement et durablement l'économique et l'humain dans les entreprises

Abstract

Notre communication est issue d'un travail de recherche étalé sur 15 ans au sein du think-tank l'Atelier Du Dirigeant Durable (A3D). Nous avons constaté que les nombreuses solutions proposées pour pallier à la souffrance au travail sont misent en place à titre curatif : on soigne des maux divers pour être moins malheureux au travail. Nous avons donc abordé la question plus globalement en posant cette problématique afin de proposer des solutions durables. Comment réconcilier radicalement et durablement l'économique et l'humain dans les entreprises ? Nous avons déterminé les causes racines du mal-être au travail, puis formulé des hypothèses prescriptives permettant de réconcilier durablement l'Economique et l'Humain dans les entreprises. Causes racines et solutions proposées touchent à la fois l'individu, l'entreprise et le politique.
