Abstract

L'objectif de cette communication est de proposer une lecture originale du « phénomène MOOC ». Nous avons souhaité montrer que les MOOC étaient intrinsèquement source d'équivocité pour les acteurs (formateurs, équipe supports et apprenants) et qu'il fallait tenir compte de cette équivocité dans nos démarches de création et d'utilisation des MOOC, dans une optique d'apprentissage organisationnel. Le cadre théorique de la création de sens proposé par Weick nous a permis d'analyser les éléments observés dans notre étude de cas, tant au niveau des contenus proposés que des interactions générées. Nous en proposons une synthèse, avant de montrer que l'exploitation des données relevées dans notre étude de cas illustre la pertinence de ce modèle comme grille de lecture des dispositifs d'apprentissage organisationnel.
