Abstract

Les entreprises capitalisent toujours plus sur le facteur humain, et s'engagent dans une guerre des talents pour attirer, recruter et fidéliser des candidats de haut potentiel, capables de générer les avantages concurrentiels souhaités. Dans cette intention, les fonctions Ressources Humaines (RH) ont tendance à procéder à un management de la marque employeur via les Réseaux Sociaux Numériques (RSN) surtout avec l'avènement de la génération Y sur le marché du travail. Ce papier a pour objectif d'investiguer ce phénomène qui reste insuffisamment exploré par la littérature managériale et rarement appréhendé par les travaux académiques. Notre intention est alors de recenser la littérature qui nous permettra de concevoir un modèle synthétique, et d'en déceler des perspectives de recherche.
