Evaluación de las respuestas fiscales europeas al bloqueo del Estrecho de Ormuz

Abstract

Este análisis compara las respuestas de política fiscal de los distintos Estados miembros de la UE ante la crisis provocada por el bloqueo del Estrecho de Ormuz y llega a la conclusión de que ningún país entre los analizados satisface plenamente el criterio de la triple T que el Banco Central Europeo lleva aplicando desde 2022. No obstante, hay diferencias notables entre países. Por otro lado, el análisis valora también la carta conjunta los Ministros de Austria, Alemania, Italia, Portugal y España solicitando a la Comisión Europea la presentación de una propuesta normativa para la introducción de un gravamen europeo sobre beneficios extraordinarios a las empresas energéticas. El análisis identifica dos condiciones para que el nuevo instrumento no reproduzca los errores de 2022.
