Bancos transnacionales, el Estado y el endeudamiento externo en Bolivia

Abstract

Presenta un analisis de la economia boliviana en el cual se toma en cuenta las razones por las cuales se recurrio a los prestamos de la banca transnacional, considerando el destino y uso de esos recursos en el pais, asi como las consecuencias de la experiencia para la evolucion socioeconomica del pais. Intenta complementar el analisis del comportamiento de la banca con un adecuado analisis del comportamiento del prestatario, para lograr asi una vision completa del proceso de endeudamiento externo en el marco del proceso de desarrollo economico.
