Mercado laboral colombiano: evidencias y determinantes

Abstract

Resumen El presente documento analiza el comportamiento del mercado laboral colombiano per y pos apertura para los anos 1984-2009, con el objetivo de corroborar que el desempleo en el país es una variable inestable que no responde a períodos favorables de crecimiento económico; para dicho fin se evaluó la Tasa de Desempleo y la Tasa Global de Participación por Género, actividad económica y regiones, de manera estructural y apoyada en información secundaria.
