Beitritt Russlands zur WTO- Probleme und Perspektiven

Abstract

Im Beitrag werden die wichtigsten Problembereiche des bevorstehenden WTO-Beitritts Russlands betrachtet. Zunächst erfolgt die allgemeine Darstellung der Wirtschaftspolitik Russlands in Bezug auf die Einbindung in die Weltwirtschaft bzw. ein Überblick über den bisherigen Verlauf der Verhandlungen über den WTO-Beitritt. Dabei wird die Erfahrung der anderen Transformationslaender beruecksichtigt. Dann werden die wichtigsten Pro- und Contra-Argumente bzw. die möglichen Folgen des WTO-Beitritts für russische Volkswirtschaft ausfuehrlich betrachtet. Dabei stehen die allgemeinen Wettbewerbsfaktoren als bzw. spezifische WTO-Anforderungen im Vordergrund. Es wird die Luftfahrtindustrie als Fallbeispiel analysiert. Am Ende wird es auf die wichtigsten Ursachen der bisherigen Verzögerung des WTO-Beitritts Russlands als einer politischen Entscheidung hingewiesen.
