Abstract

Europäische Sozialpolitik entwickelt sich im doppelten Spannungsverhältnis von nationaler Autonomie und Vergemeinschaftung sowie von Marktfreiheiten und sozialen Schutzrechten. Der Autor untersucht am Beispiel nationaler und europäischer Regelungen der Arbeitnehmerentsendung im EU-Binnenmarkt, welche politischen Entscheidungsprozesse in dieser Konstellation stattfinden und welche Regulierungsmuster hierbei zustandekommen.
