Forschung im unitarischen Staat: Abhängigkeit und Autonomie der staatlich finanzierten Forschung in Frankreich

Abstract

Forschungseinrichtungen in einem nicht föderalistisch verflochtenen, unitarischen Staat scheinen der Gefahr besonders ausgesetzt, Einschränkungen ihrer Autonomie hinnehmen zu müssen. Die Studie zeigt, welche Möglichkeiten forschungspolitischer Steuerung im unitarischen, relativ zentralistischen Staatssystem Frankreichs bestehen und welche autonomiesichernden Mechanismen hier wirken.
