Abstract

Die Marktmacht des Einzelhandels gegenüber den Erzeugern ist kein neues Phänomen, hat sich aber im Gefolge des Integrationsprozesses vor allem im Nahrungsmittelbereich deutlich verstärkt. In dieser Studie werden anhand der Strukturdynamik im Handel und in der Produktion die Effekte verschärfter Ausübung von Marktmacht untersucht.
