Strukturanalyse des Salzburger Arbeitsmarktes

Abstract

In den letzten Jahrzehnten hatte der Strukturwandel auf dem Arbeitsmarkt neben einem Anstieg der Arbeitslosigkeit und der Erwerbsbeteiligung auch eine Zunahme der atypischen und fragmentierten Beschäftigungsintegration zur Folge. Diese Studie bildet die Struktur und Segmentierung des regionalen Salzburger Arbeitsmarktes über die laufende Datenerfassung hinaus ab, um dessen Entwicklung über die letzten Jahre zu analysieren. Trotz Beschäftigungswachstums stagniert demnach die Vollzeitbeschäftigung, während die Teilzeitbeschäftigung und atypische Erwerbsformen besonders für Frauen zunehmen. Zusätzlich steigt der Anteil der Personen mit instabiler Einbindung ins Erwerbsleben. In Salzburg trägt auch die große Bedeutung der Tourismuswirtschaft zu dieser Entwicklung bei.
