In der Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensethik werden teils explizit, stets aber zumindest implizit Fragen des Personalmanagements (mit-)diskutiert. Die Profession der Personalmanager indes hat sich lange Zeit nicht besonders intensiv mit normativen Fragen des Personalmanagements auseinandergesetzt. Dies aendert sich in letzter Zeit. Der vorliegende Band greift das steigende Interesse an einer vertiefenden Diskussion ueber Ethik im Personalmanagement auf und setzt Impulse fuer Theorie und Praxis des Personalmanagements. Die einzelnen Beitraege naehern sich der Ethik im Personalmanagement aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven, wie beispielsweise der ethischen, psychologischen und oekonomischen. Hierdurch werden die Erkenntnisse der Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensethik auf die spezifischen „Personal-Probleme“ angewandt und dadurch insbesondere fuer Praktiker „konkreter“ gemacht. Gleichzeitig ist es das Ziel, die theoretische Diskussion des Personalmanagements um ethische Aspekte anzureichern.
