- Sabine Heid
(How can high quality assistance and care for elderly people in their homes be assured? This is a significant question in many European countries as public assistance is often insufficient to cover the actual need for domestic care. Undeclared workers are often used as low cost means to meet this need. The breadth and the types of illegal employment, and the types of intended solutions are presented for seven European countries. The diverse approaches are given to contextualise each other and to show where further research is needed.)
