Neue Methoden zur Mikrodatenverknüpfung von Außenhandels- und Unternehmensstatistiken

Abstract

Die Verknüpfung von Einzeldaten aus Außenhandels- und Unternehmensstatistiken bietet attraktive Analysemöglichkeiten für Wissenschaft und Politik. Eine Verknüpfung ist jedoch nicht immer ohne Weiteres sinnvoll möglich. Dieser Artikel beschreibt neue Methoden, die möglichst flexible Verknüpfungen von Einzeldaten erlauben, und benennt die dafür notwendigen Bedingungen. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Außenhandelsstatistik und der Behandlung von umsatzsteuerrechtlichen Organkreisen, die in diesem Kontext eine besondere Herausforderung darstellen. Auf Grundlage der entwickelten Methoden ist erstmals eine Verknüpfung der Einzeldaten der Außenhandelsstatistik mit anderen Unternehmensstatistiken auf Produktebene möglich.
