Abstract

During the recent years, integrated management has established itself as a successful model of management that takes into account environmental protection and all parties in the managed system that have a significant relationship with each other and that have to jointly solve various problems. In direct connection with this, successful integrated management systems are used such as: ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management, BS OHSAS for health and safety management, ISO 22000 Food safety management. The purpose of this report is to clarify the essence of integrated management in agrarian companies and to follow the possibilities of creating healthy and safe working conditions in them. Different methods of analysis were used to achieve this goal, based on induction, deduction, retrospection, and others, and the author's opinion on the subject is shared.
