Abstract

Zusammenfassung Aufgrund weniger existenter sozialorientierter Forschungen im Rahmen der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung stellt dieser Beitrag ein lineares Optimierungsmodell für die Hauptproduktionsprogrammplanung vor, welches soziale Kriterien berücksichtigt. Erste Ergebnisse deuten an, dass geringe Kosten nicht durch eine maximierte Mitarbeiterauslastung entstehen sondern durch geringe Kapazitätsschwankungen.
