Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das industrielle Anlagengeschäft steht international vor großen Herausforderungen. Die Unternehmen müßen kundenorientierte, wertstiftende Dienstleistungen zu ihren Basisprodukten anbieten, um das Umsatz- und Ertragspotenzial zu stabilisieren und zu steigern. Ausgehend von einem bereits etablierten weitreichenden Serviceangebot kann in der nächsten Entwicklungßtufe über ein partielles Outsourcing von Teilen des Servicegeschäfts in einem „Industrial Service Network” nachgedacht werden. Der Beitrag zeigt eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise zur Erarbeitung von Optionen und Bewertung kritischer Aspekte wie zum Beispiel Partnerwahl und Anreizsystem am Beispiel der diesbezüglichen überlegungen eines weltweit führenden Unternehmens des Anlagenbaus auf.
