Abstract

A well-functioning logistics system for referral to the evolution of the enterprise contributes three main components, the development of which determines the development of the enterprise: management of the flows that are necessary in order to intensify trade in the market, management processes, whose task is to quickly respond to actions affecting the network structure in the enterprise , product management for its improvement, along with offering potential customers, more and higher quality services. The following article shows, in addition to the above three components, as positioning and smooth operation of all processes and elements of the logistics system, allows to correct its position and function within the organization
