Bezrobocie, inflacja i wzrost gospodarczy w świetle polityki informacyjnej Narodowego Banku Polskiego

Abstract

W artykule scharakteryzowano współczesne wyzwania dla komunikacji banku centralnego w zakresie inflacji, bezrobocia oraz wzrostu gospodarczego. Wyzwania omówiono, skupiając się na procesie cyfryzacji mediów w szczególnym okresie występowania szoków podażowych. Najistotniejsze kwestie komunikacji banku centralnego w latach 2020–2023 wiążą się ze społecznymi i ekonomicznymi następstwami pandemii oraz wojny w Ukrainie. W tym czasie kluczowy stał się przekaz kształtujący oczekiwania inflacyjne, płynący przede wszystkim ze strony Prezesa Narodowego Banku Polskiego oraz członków Rady Polityki Pieniężnej. Zmiany w przekazie medialnym banków centralnych są jednym z symptomów dokonującej się rewolucji cyfrowej wywołanej postępem technologicznym, m.in. upowszechnieniem urządzeń mobilnych oraz wzrostem popularności mediów społecznościowych.
