Cross-cultural management: peculiarities of business cultures and communication problems

Abstract

The article discusses real and potential communication problems caused by cultural differences between the representatives of various national business cultures. No doubt that in addition to the ability to overcome the language barrier business associates should prepare thoroughly so that they could prevent possible problems of business communications.
