Abstract

Esta investigación estudia el efecto del empleo de prácticas verdes en la gestión de los recursos humanos sobre la percepción que tienen los empleados del desempeño ambiental (DA) de la empresa y la realización de actividades extra rol (AE) por parte de los colaboradores en un diseño cuasi experimental y longitudinal en la Ciudad de México. El estudio se realizó con una muestra de 160 colaboradores operativos de una empresa de servicios logísticos. Se empleó un instrumento con 10 ítems, con los que se midieron las variables (DA) y (AE). Se validó el instrumento de medición mediante las pruebas de validez convergente, discriminante y análisis factorial confirmatorio. Los hallazgos de la investigación muestran que en el grupo experimental hay una diferencia estadísticamente significativa cuando se ejecutan en la empresa prácticas verdes de recursos humanos en la percepción que tienen los colaboradores sobre el DA de la empresa y en las AE que realizan los empleados.
