Determinanten der Innovationsneigung und Beitrag der Innovation zur Unternehmensleistung

Abstract

In diesem Artikel untersuchen wir auf der Basis von Unternehmensdaten einerseits die Bestimmungsfaktoren der Innovationsaktivitäten, anderseits den Zusammenhang zwischen Innovationstätigkeit und Arbeitsproduktivität. Die Resultate zeigen, dass die Innovationstätigkeit in der Industrie wesentlich zur Erklärung der Arbeitsproduktivität beiträgt, nicht aber im Dienstleistungssektor.
