Chances of Romanian Tourism in the Perspective of European Competition

Abstract

This paper presents a modest, but critical attempt of a summary that analyzes the main developments of tourism offer in Romania, after the events of 1989 so far. Finally some courses of action that may result in an improvement of tourist activities related to sustainable development requirements of Romania are presented.
