Abstract

"Frauen sind in den Chefetagen deutscher Großbetriebe selten. Daran hat sich auch in den letzten Jahren nicht viel geändert. Unterm Strich schneidet Ostdeutschland besser ab als Westdeutschland. Im Westen sind Frauen in Führungspositionen durchgehend unterrepräsentiert. Im Osten gibt es zumindest einige privatwirtschaftliche Bereiche, in denen der Anteil von Frauen in leitenden Positionen ihrem Beschäftigtenanteil annähernd entspricht." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
