Abstract

Управление объемом ликвидности банковского сектора и краткосрочной процентной ставкой денежного рынка со стороны Банка России находится под влиянием структурного профицита ликвидности и операций Федерального казначейства по размещению временно свободных денежных средств бюджета в кредитных организациях. Взаимодействие двух ветвей денежных властей в России может быть усовершенствовано в целях большей эффективности управления краткосрочной процентной ставкой денежного рынка.
