Online Monitoring of Russia's Economic Outlook

Abstract

As the threat of the Russian economy's collapse is less often being considered to be a reality, – such an assumption usually implying that the price of oil should plummet far below $ 40 per barrel and stay at that level for a period much longer than one or two quarters, – economic development forecasts and the related commentaries have begun to focus on the question: 'When Will Growth Begin?'
