La cellula strutturale come ambito di analisi delle performance

Abstract

Il metodo proposto mira ad analizzare il contesto regionale europeo (UE 15), utilizzando gli indicatori introdotti nel Rapporto di Primavera 2004 e i dati regionali disponibili (Eurostat e OECD, 1999-2003) per evidenziare i migliori risultati e identificare gruppi regionali omogenei rispetto ai quali svolgere comparazioni. Si propone un nuovo metodo di analisi comparativa regionale bifase volta a individuare dapprima la classificazione "strutturale" delle unit? regionali per poi procedere a una classificazione sulla base del "risultato". Tale metodo si propone di superare le problematiche di natura comparativa causate dall?eterogeneit? delle unit? statistiche considerate ed ? alternativo rispetto alle proposte insoddisfacenti fino a ora adottate.
