Pianificazione strategica e organizzativa di un?Azienda Sanitaria Locale: il caso dell?ASL di Vercelli

Abstract

La pianificazione strategica e organizzativa rappresenta un elemento fondamentale per il buon funzionamento e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi delle Aziende Sanitarie Locali (ASL). Attraverso l?adozione di un nuovo Atto Aziendale nel 2022, l?ASL di Vercelli ha ridefinito la propria struttura organizzativa e i processi di pianificazione strategica, con l?obiettivo di migliorare l?efficienza e l?efficacia dell?organizzazione e dei servizi erogati. Il presente lavoro analizza in dettaglio il Piano Integrato di Attivit? e Organizzazione (PIAO) 2025-2027 dell?ASL di Vercelli, evidenziandone i principali elementi di innovazione e i punti di forza e di debolezza, al fine di fornire indicazioni utili per il miglioramento della pianificazione strategica e organizzativa delle ASL.
