Reti sanitarie: distinte finalit? e assetti. Reti di patologia e reti di presa in carico in Lombardia

Abstract

I sistemi regionali si sono recentemente spostati da logiche competitive a logiche collaborative. Questo ha stimolato a livello di sistema la ricerca di logiche e strumenti di coordinamento interaziendale, tra cui le reti inter-aziendali. Esse sono nate spesso come black box, con finalismi ampi e universali. Il paper propone un framework di classificazione dei diversi finalismi possibili e delle distinte caratteristiche organizzative conseguenti. Il framework ? usato per rileggere l?evoluzione delle reti in Lombardia. Emerge una matrice basata su due distinte logiche: reti di patologia con l?obiettivo di sviluppare ricerca, knowledge management per materia e disciplina medica e definizione del livello di specializzazione e del focus di processo assistenziale di ogni nodo; reti di gestione della cronicit? per supportare la fruizione e il case management dei pazienti. Esistono quindi reti distinte, con finalit? specifiche, logiche organizzative caratteristiche e strumenti operativi ad hoc.
