La segmentazione del mercato del lavoro migrante in italia: dinamiche durante e dopo la pandemia da Covid-19

Abstract

Il paper indaga l?evoluzione della segmentazione del mercato del lavoro in Italia dal 2017 al 2022. L?obiettivo ? capire i cambiamenti della struttura occupazionale degli stranieri du rante e dopo l?emergenza da Covid-19. Dalle analisi delle assunzioni e cessazioni dei rapporti di lavoro registrati tramite le Comunicazioni Obbligatorie, si nota come l?occupazione dei migranti riparta prima di quella degli Italiani. Tuttavia, l?incremento di impieghi avve- nuto nel 2020 ? stato caratterizzato in maniera significativa dall?aumento dei rapporti di lavoro nel settore domestico. Negli anni successivi, la ripresa economica ha ulteriormente rafforzato la segmentazione del mercato del lavoro dei migranti in Italia, restringendo la loro presenza in ambiti circoscritti e meno stabili della forza-lavoro.
