Sindacato industriale, contrattazione e nuova manifattura. una ricerca di Ires Veneto

Abstract

La ricerca, condotta da Ires Veneto, prende spunto dalle questioni poste dai processi di Industria 4.0. L?analisi si focalizza sulla natura dell?innovazione all?interno delle aziende manifatturiere e sugli effetti in termini di organizzazione del lavoro, regole di prestazione e ruolo del sindacato. A partire dalla letteratura sul tema, vengono realizzati quattro casi di studio su aziende venete di buon profilo innovativo, per consentire a delegati e sindacalisti di riflettere sulle trasformazioni che si realizzano nelle loro fabbriche e su come il sindacato pu? rispondere efficacemente alle nuove sfide.
