Rileggendo bruno trentin nella nuova grande trasformazione

Abstract

Il saggio propone alcune riflessioni sulle culture politiche, giuridiche e sociologiche vicine al pensiero delle numerose e ostinate ricerche militanti di Bruno Trentin. Non si tratta di "saggiare" l?indiscutibile attualit? dell?imponente corpus teorico trentiniano, quanto di partire dalle categorie analitiche principali di alcuni scritti per formulare le domande di maggiore rilevanza nel dibattito politico sindacale. La cornice di tale rilettura consiste in una "nuova" grande trasformazione in cui emerge la drammatica specificit? della condizione italiana, dove il trionfo globalizzato del paradigma neoliberale si innesca sul declino progressivo dei fattori produttivi, riconducibile solo in parte alle turbolenze dei mercati finanziari. Attraverso i riferimenti teorici di alcuni degli scritti di Trentin si cerca di interrogare la trasformazione in atto delle caratteristiche proprie del nostro tessuto imprenditoriale e del processo di implosione del sistema di relazioni industriali e di ci? che rimaneva del diritto del lavoro cos? come edificato nei "trenta gloriosi".
