Abstract

Gero eta aldakorragoa den ingurune ekonomiko eta sozial honetan, beharrezkoa da bertako profesionalek gizartearen eskarira egokitutako prestakuntza bikaina lortzea. Bikaintasun profesionalaren oinarrian, pertsonaren ezagutza espezifikoaz gain, ia jakintza-arlo eta lanbide guztiek partekatzen dituzten jakintza, egiten jakitea eta jarrerei dagozkien gaitasunak daude. Ikerketa-taldeak ekonomialari bikainaren gaitasun profesionalak egune¬ratzeko beharra planteatu zuen. Artikulu hau, enplegatzaileek ekonomialari bikain batengan bilatzen dituzten konpetentziak edo gaitasunak zeintzuk diren zehazteko. Metodologia mistoa erabiliz, ekonomialari bikainaren profila lortzen da, baita ekonomialari horrek gizonentzat eta emakumeentzat duen profila ere; izan ere, eskatzen diren gaitasunak berdinak diren arren, ez da halakoa gaitasun horiek lehenesteko ordena.
