Institucionalni pluralizam vs. socijalna patologija kao odnos koji objašnjava ulogu države u obezbedenju ekonomskog rasta

Abstract

U radu se razmatra problem institucionalnog zatajivanja u državama traanzicije. Cilj rada je da se dokaže hipoteza da je državno regulisanje u peridu tranzicije zatajilo pod uticajem kvazi-institucionalnog ponašanja, koje rezultat visoko interesne kvazi-neoliberalne ekonomske politike, iza koje suštinski stoji arsenal socijalne patologije. Na taj nacin se uloga države u obezbjedenju ekonomskog rasta dovodi u direktnu korelaciju sa dominacijom socijalne patologije u odnosu na institucionalni pluralizam kao civilizacijski kriterijum ekonomskog rasta i održivog razvoja. Zakljucuje se da je realna i pluralisticka institucionalizacija u vecini tranzicijskih država preduslov za obezbje- denje ekonomskog rasta i strukturnih promjena, bez kojih nije moguc održiv ekonomski razvoj.
