Aktivnosti i zadaci države neophodni za povecanje konkurentnosti gospodarstva na unutarnjem tržištu Europske unije

Abstract

Ostvarenje gospodarskog razvoja Hrvatske, kao države clanice EU-a, ne može se dogoditi bez aktivne uloge države u vidu snaž- nog poticanja poduzetništa odnosno poduzeca. Nužno je poticanje razvoja malih, srednjih i velikih poduzeca svim dopuštenim sredstvima. Aktivna uloga države trebala bi podrazumijevati punu podršku gospodarstvu i poduzecima u sljedecim podrucjima: podršci stvaranja modernih poduzetnickih organizacija; podršci stvaranja vrhunskog poduzetnickog menadžmenta; podršci razvoja europskog dionicarstva/udjelicarstva; izradi zakonskog modela radnickog dionicarstva (RD); izradi porezne reforme; pristupanju europskoj ekonomskoj i monetarnoj uniji. Sadašnje stanje u državama EU-a nije zadovoljavajuce jer veliki broj država clanica EU-a ima velike ekonomske probleme koje prvenstveno cine visoka zaduženost država i velika nezaposlenost. Probleme koje sada imaju države clanice EU-a morat ce zajednicki rješavati sa svim državama clanicama politikom zajednicke solidarnosti u razvoju.
