Abstract

астоящата студия представя оригинален модел за представянето на преподавателските екипи на ВТУ (Висше транспортно училище) „Тодор Каблешков”, София. Моделът се основава на разнообразни управленски, социални и поведенчески теории. Той комбинира класически и съвременни теоретични постижения с правилниците и обичайните практики на ВТУ „Тодор Каблешков”. Спецификата на модела се свързва преди всичко с предложените показатели за оценяване резултатите на преподавателските екипи в това Висше училище. Студията обхваща два параграфа. Първият параграф изяснява концептуалната база на модела за представянето на преподавателските екипи на ВТУ „Тодор Каблешков”. Дефинирани са основни понятия по контрол на екипи, използвани в студията. Направена е обща характеристика на авторски модел за екипа, разглеждан като основа на предложения в студията модел. Във втория параграф са изяснени спецификата и детерминантите на модела за представянето на преподавателските екипи. Изведени са показателите за формирането, дейността и резултатите на преподавателските екипи на Висшето училище.
