Linking person job fit to employee job performance amid employees of services sector: The role of burnout as mediator

Abstract

This paper examines the relationship between person-job fit and employee performance in Pakistan's service sector, with burnout as a mediating variable. Findings suggest that burnout significantly weakens the positive effects of job fit.
