Estudio de la logística inversa y su importancia en la gestión empresarial de organizaciones sostenibles

Abstract

Resumen: Debido a la urgente necesidad de implementar mecanismos de producción mas sostenibles y amigables con el medio ambiente, la logística inversa es actualmente un tópico de estudio cada vez mas recurrente. El objetivo del presente articulo es analizar la producción investigativa alrededor del concepto de logística inversa y su importancia para la gestión empresarial. Para ello, se han identificado 1628 documentos que conceptualizan y compilan la evolución de la logística inversa durante el periodo de tiempo comprendido desde 1990 hasta el 2020, con ayuda de las herramientas Bibliometrix y VosViewer. Se han obtenido resultados que permiten analizar el volumen de producción por país, las fuentes mas relevantes de estudio, los autores con mayor impacto, la coocurrencia de palabras clave delimitando claramente nodos principales y secundarios, la evolución temática y finalmente, la estimación del coeficiente de lotkas sobre la producción científica.
