Poder y organizaciones: reflexiones desde Weber, Foucault, Luhmann y Bourdieu

Abstract

Este articulo pretende mediante un análisis acerca del poder en las organizaciones empresariales, y partiendo de las posturas asumidas en este sentido por pensadores como Weber, Foucault, Luhmann, Bourdieu y algunos otros, dilucidar sobre ciertos aspectos concernientes a la conformación de algunas de las herramientas y elementos que acompanan la construcción y constitución del poder formal legalizado y jerarquizado, utilizando éste lo que se entiende por «sus verdades» para direccionar a los individuos condicionándolos hacia los fines de la organización. Asimismo, se estudia el poder informal legitimado y producto de las interrelaciones de las acciones de los individuos en la organización. Además, se observa la dinámica actual de transformación organizacional a partir de la comunicación y la información de un poder formal legalizado y menos coercitivo, hacia un mayor poder informal legitimado, pero más creativo e innovador en las organizaciones.
