Articulación de repertorios teóricos y transformaciones del trabajo

Abstract

Las transformaciones ocurridas en las últimas cuatro décadas en diversos ámbitos han configurado un nuevo escenario mundial para la gestión empresarial. En este contexto, las disciplinas y ciencias orientadas a los estudios de la gerencia y el trabajo presentan una relativa crisis teórica, pues se requieren nuevos repertorios conceptuales y referenciales teóricos que den cuenta de las complejas dinámicas de trabajo que se están viviendo, ya que en muchos casos los conceptos que intentan describir y explicar los hechos y fenómenos asociados a las relaciones personas-trabajo-organizaciones se encuentran desactualizados. Este artículo reflexiona críticamente sobre las complejidades en la gestión del trabajo y discute la necesidad de dirigir los esfuerzos investigativos a la actualización y al desarrollo de enfoques, perspectivas, conceptos y teorizaciones alternativos que permitan comprender y explicar los hechos y fenómenos psicológicos, sociales y labora-les en contextos de trabajo en la actualidad.
