Cooperativas versus sociedades mercantiles. El sector frutero en Lleida

Abstract

In this work, we have compared, in the sweet fruit’s sector in Lleida (Spain), the differences between cooperatives and commercial societies. To do so, we have analyzed different aspects referred to financial structures as well as the economical results obtained by both types of entities.
