Sabbatjahr und Bildungsurlaub als Chancen für die Unternehmen beim Personalmanagement

Abstract

Das ifo Institut befragt im Auftrag von Randstad Deutschland quartalsweise über 1 000 deutsche HR-Abteilungen. In jedem Quartal werden in wechselnden Sonderfragen aktuelle arbeitsmarktrelevante Fragestellungen untersucht. Das Schwerpunktthema in diesem Quartal befasste sich mit der Urlaubskultur in deutschen Unternehmen. Die Fragen drehten sich neben dem betrieblichen Erholungsurlaub um zusätzliche Angebote seitens der Arbeitgeber wie beispielsweise unbezahlten Urlaub, Bildungsurlaub oder Sabbatical. Es zeigt sich, dass in den Unternehmen diese Sonderurlaube noch wenig verbreitet sind.
