Wertschätzung von Kulturlandschaften durch Touristen und Einheimische

Abstract

Dieser Beitrag identifiziert Einflüsse auf die Wertschätzung von Kulturlandschaften und vergleicht dabei Touristen und Einheimische. Als Untersuchungsraum dient die Hansestadt Lübeck und ihre Umgebung. Auf Basis von Befragungen wurde mit Hilfe eines Contingent Valuation-Ansatzes die Zahlungsbereitschaft für unterschiedliche Kulturlandschaftstypen ermittelt. Touristen sind insgesamt zahlungsbereiter für die Kulturlandschaften ihrer Urlaubsregion als Einheimische für ihre alltägliche Umgebung. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass soziodemographische Merkmale kaum einen Einfluss auf die Wertschätzung von Kulturlandschaften haben. Stattdessen zeigt sich für Touristen und Einheimische gleichermaßen ein signifikanter Einfluss psychosozialer Merkmale wie beispielsweise die Beziehung zur Natur und zur Region.
