Abstract

. The publication reveals the economic essence, the principles of formation and development of infrastructure of agrarian market institutions, methods of analysis of the status and effectiveness of their work. Consider the form and methods of work in this area (the electronic trading system, network information services, technology transfer, rural consumer cooperatives). Described in detail the basic functional units of the AIC Infrastructure: marketing, logistics, information. The model of the distribution of the internal infrastructure of food aid. The work is addressed to employees of regional administrations, experts in market research, researchers, teachers and students of universities, enterprises workers (by industry). The material has been tested. The first edition with the title "Regional APC Infrastructure" was published in 2003 with the signature stamp of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation as a textbook for the agrarian specialists. In 2012, the material was finalized and issued as a teaching tool in the training of specialists in "Economics and Management at Enterprise AIC". The manual has been widely used in Russian universities in the educational process in the directions of bachelor's and master's degrees. This edition is substantially modified in the direction of adaptation to the enterprises in the conditions of Russia's entry into the WTO, the new situation in the agricultural market, the problems of global economic relations. The book was widely used in universities abroad countries. (Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and others.) Аннотация. В издании раскрыты экономическая сущность, принципы формирования и развития инфраструктурных институтов аграрного рынка, методы анализа их состояния и эффективности их работы. Рассмотрены формы и методы работы в данной области (системы электронных торгов, сетевые информационные службы, трансфер технологий, сельская потребительская кооперация). Детально описаны основные функциональные звенья инфраструктуры АПК: маркетинговые, логистические, информационные. Предлагается модель развития инфраструктуры распределения внутренней продовольственной помощи. Работа адресована работникам региональных органов управления, специалистам по изучению рынка, научным работникам, преподавателям и студентам вузов, работникам предприятий (по отраслям). Материал прошел апробацию. Первое издание с названием «Региональная инфраструктура АПК» вышло в свет в 2003 году с грифом МСХ РФ в качестве учебного пособия для специалистов аграрного профиля. В 2012 году материал был доработан и издан в качестве учебного пособия при подготовке специалистов «Экономика и управление на предприятии АПК». Пособие широко использовалось в вузах России в учебном процессе по направлениям подготовки бакалавров и магистров. Настоящее издание существенно доработано в направлении адаптации к работе предприятий в условиях вхождения России в ВТО, изменившейся ситуации на аграрном рынке, проблемами мирохозяйственных связей. Книга широко использовалась в вузах стран зарубежья. (Беларусь, Украина, Казахстан, Узбекистан и др.)
