EU dairy policy reform and future WTO negotiations

Abstract

L'article analyse quelques scénarios de réforme de la politique laitière dans l'Union européenne à l'aide d'un modèle d'équilibre spatial de l'industrie laitière européenne. Il étudie plus particulièrement des scénarios de libéralisation des échanges, accompagnés d'une modification ou d'une suppression du système de quotas laitiers. Cette analyse permet de fournir quelques recommandations de politique économique appliquée au secteur laitier.
