Mondialisation et dynamiques des coordinations inter-firmes : le cas dans la sous-traitance aéronautique

Abstract

L'objet de cet article est de rendre compte des conséquences de la mondialisation sur les relations entretenues par l'Etat, un groupe industriel et son réseau de sous-traitance. Le phénomène de la mondialisation est examiné à la lumière d'une double manifestation : désengagement public et rationalisation des coordinations inter-firmes. Ainsi, le retrait progressif de l'Etat de l'industrie aéronautique a conduit EADS AIRBUS à rationaliser ses modes d'approvisionnement, notamment en procédant à une mise en réseau de ses preneurs d'ordres.
