Estimating Greenhouse Gas Emissions. A Kaya-type Dynamic Panel

Abstract

In the paper, we use Kaya identity and the cointegration relationship between the dynamics of population, economic growth, energy intensity of gross domestic product and carbon intensity of energy produced in order to estimate, on long-run, the greenhouse gas emissions.
